Because we can offer custom rugs for a low price, some clients have opted to simply replace worn, heavily soiled, or damaged area rugs. Rather than pay for professional rug cleaning, or in cases where water damage, pets, or other damage has rendered rug repair either extremely costly or unviable, take the opportunity to create a new rug to your exact specifications. You can compliment your existing rugs and enjoy having a brand new product.
Using techniques we perfected recreating ancient museum quality rug designs, you can submit photos of your existing rugs and we will have our design department digitize them to use in our 3D Custom Design Studio. Here is an example of a rug design one of our clients submitted to us. They had existing rugs in their recreation vehicle that had become damaged. Not only did we recreate their design, we were able to make more sections of the rug customizable so they were able to design their new rug to be even more complimentary than the original.

Working off this image we were able to able to recreate the design, while also making the triangles in the center field separate from the inner border color, allowing our client to add another accent color of their preference. Using our proprietary technology and professional industry software we’re able to create a virtual rendering of their new design, complete with textures for wool and sculpting techniques (silk, cut or loop pile, and other techniques are also able to be virtualized before weaving begins).

Once the final design was approved these clients also took this opportunity to try an alternate color scheme that actually worked better with their decor, (an option not available when they bought their original stock rug). The final rugs compliment their decor beautifully, the darker color palette will wear better, and the small turquoise accents make all the difference. All our rugs are made with either Himalayan or New Zealand wool which contain high lanolin levels that function as a natural stain guard. You can use commercially available stain guard products as well.
Here are a few installation photos of the rugs in their RV, we love the way the brown pops against the faux stone floor, the tans compliment the burl-wood cabinets, and the turquoise pulls from the small accents of turquoise found in their decor. (The palm tree makes us wish we were in a warmer clime’ as well. At this moment we’re fast approaching the end of ski season here in Aspen and it’s time again to see some green and have sand between our toes!)
